We want you to love your Essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include original tags and be shipped back in our sustainable, plastic-free packaging whenever possible.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
