How should I care for my organic cotton garments?
To extend the life of your MATE pieces, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and using a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry to prevent shrinkage and preserve fabric integrity.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
